Wij zijn Macy en Marijn. Samen vinden wij het super leuk om te bewegen, creatief bezig te zijn en te ontspannen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Macy houdt van bewegen. Ze is een ervaren turnjuf en weet hoe fijn het is om actief te zijn. Samen sporten, dansen of spelletjes doen helpt je om lekker in je vel te komen en je hoofd leeg te maken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marijn houdt van knutselen. Ze kan niet anders dan creatief bezig zijn en weet hoe fijn het is om dingen te cre\u00ebren. Ze houdt ook heel erg van rust en leert je graag hoe je rustig kunt worden als je drukte ervaart of gespannen bent.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samen vinden wij het belangrijk dat je plezier hebt en je goed voelt van binnen \u00e9n van buiten. Daarom hebben wij drie onderdelen in onze begeleiding:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bewegen, Buik en Brein:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bewegen: alles wat actief is \u2013 sporten, dansen, wandelen of lekker spelen. Zo kom je in beweging en voel je je fit en blij.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Buik: luisteren naar je gevoel en je lichaam. Ademhalingsoefeningen en mindfulness helpen je om rustig te worden en te voelen hoe je je echt voelt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brein: creatief bezig zijn! Knutselen en tekenen om je te uiten, te laten zien wie je bent en vaardigheden te ontwikkelen.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Zo zorgen wij dat jij jezelf kan zijn, nieuwe dingen kunt ontdekken en een fijne tijd hebt.
